Read the shooter. Wait for the strike. Dive.
Stand in goal while an endless queue of penalty takers runs up. Read the lean of the hips, wait for the strike, then tap left or right to dive. Go too soon and they roll it the other way; a shooter who stutters is selling you a dummy. Late fingertip saves score double. Three goals and you are off.
